Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order processing (handling) time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days (handling time plus transit time). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally extend them. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we'll help.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
